About License

Can I drive with a provisional driver’s license? Can I rent it?

We do not rent to those who have obtained their license within the past year, so those with a provisional license cannot rent or reserve. In the unlikely event that someone who has obtained their license within the past year or is in the middle of their provisional license causes an accident, the guarantee will not apply. (The accident will be the responsibility of the driver. In the case of minors, it will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.)

What happens if I forget my driver’s license on the day of the rental? Can I rent it?

Not carrying your license is a violation of the Road Traffic Act, so lending is not possible. We will check your license when lending. Please check your license before you visit.

Can someone other than the borrower (contractor) rent a car on the day?

Principally, the contractee becomes the borrower, and it is necessary to present identification documents and make a credit card payment. If the person making the reservation and the borrower are different, please consult us in advance (to prevent delivery mistakes). Furthermore, it is prohibited by the rental contract for the borrower to not ride along and let a third party use the vehicle. In the unlikely event of an accident, insurance will not apply.

Can someone other than the borrower (contractee) also drive the rental car?

“Those who have declared in advance at the time of borrowing (and have been able to confirm their driver’s license) can drive.” Please let us know if there is a possibility that you will be driving.

Do you have any restrictions such as the number of years a license has been held or age limits for rentals？

We limit this to those who have had their license for more than a year. There is no age restriction.

About reservation

How many months in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.

Is it possible to see the vehicle in advance or take a tour?

Due to the reservation status, vehicles are often out on loan, so please contact us in advance. Please note that test drives are not available.

How long will the procedures and explanations take on the day of the rental?

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to explain how to use the vehicle.

What should I do if I am going to be late for my reservation time?

Please contact us as soon as you know you will be delayed.

What do I need to bring on the day of the rental?

All drivers must bring their driver’s license. Please also bring any personal items you may need. We also offer “Rental Goods.

Regarding cancellation

What happens if I cancel the reservation after paying the application fee?

Cancellation is possible, but please note that a cancellation fee may apply according to our company’s regulations. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.

About the vehicle

Do you have smoking cars, including electronic cigarettes?

All of our rental cars are non-smoking. Electronic cigarettes are also not allowed.

Do you have navigation systems that support English?

We do have vehicles equipped with English-compatible navigation systems. However, not all models have this feature, so please inquire in advance.

Does the fee change depending on the driving distance?

There is no additional charge based on distance, so please rest assured.
